Shipping policy

When ordering a custom item, we will take pictures and send them to you to approve before shipping.  (If you do not provide a phone number, and do not respond to our message within 24 hours your item will be sent without approval).

 

Orders ship in 1-2 business days AFTER purchase is completed. If your order is placed on Friday, your order will ship the following Monday.

We primarily use USPS unless the customer selects expedited shipping, then we will use UPS or FedEx as well.

 

PAYPAL RULES

When a customer uses Paypal, make sure that you choose correct shipping address. This is where your items will be shipped to and we will not change it. If  the address needs to be different than what was selected, we will refund and resend the invoice. If this happens Paypal does not refund fees paid so I will have to add those fee to your next invoice. NO exceptions.
