Refund policy
TERMS
- Custom orders will not be placed in the queue until they are paid in full. No exceptions.
- ALL custom orders are final once they are paid for. All questions, confirmations, and choices must be discussed PRIOR to paying your invoice. PLEASE read your invoice in its entirety prior to payment.
- THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS.
- If you request a refund on an "In stock" item or an item that was purchased on our website, you have 3 days from receipt of the item to contact us, and 10 days for us to receive the item back. Refunds will not be issued, but you can exchange for a different item. Original item MUST BE UNUSED and in original condition.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- There is a $50 restocking fee on all bags purchased on the website, and buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- All Sale items are FINAL.
- All Equine Health items sales are FINAL.
- I will work with everyone as much as I possibly can to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from me. I want you to come back, and also bring your friends.
To start a return, you can contact us at therebelrose19@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products/Hand Sanitizer or baby wipes). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
